Thank you for shopping with EAMA STORE. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order. We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as our only payment and fulfillment channel. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Payment Method — Cash on Delivery (COD) Only
EAMA STORE exclusively operates on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis. This means:
• No online payment, card, or digital wallet is required at the time of ordering.
• Payment is collected in cash by our delivery rider or courier at the time of delivery.
• Please ensure you have the exact order amount ready upon delivery.
• Orders will not be handed over until full payment is collected.
2. Order Processing
• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
• You will receive an order confirmation via SMS or WhatsApp once your order is placed.
• Our team may call or message you to verify your order and delivery address before dispatch.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Delivery Areas
• We currently deliver within our designated service areas.
• Delivery availability is subject to your location. Our team will confirm coverage when verifying your order.
• EAMA STORE reserves the right to decline orders in areas outside our current delivery zones.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
• Standard delivery takes 2–5 business days depending on your location.
• Remote or outstation areas may require additional time.
• Delivery timelines are estimates only and may be affected by high demand, weather, or courier delays.
• EAMA STORE is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier partners.
5. Delivery Charges
• Shipping charges, if applicable, will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
• Some orders may qualify for free delivery based on order value or ongoing promotions.
• Any applicable delivery fee must also be paid in cash at the time of delivery along with the order total.
6. Receiving Your Order
• Please be available at the provided address during the expected delivery window.
• If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, our courier will attempt redelivery or contact you to reschedule.
• After 2 failed delivery attempts, the order may be cancelled and returned to us.
• Do not accept a damaged or tampered parcel. Contact us immediately with photos if this occurs.
7. Order Cancellation
• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team.
• Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
• Repeated cancellations or refusals at the door may result in your account being flagged or restricted from placing future COD orders.
8. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address at the time of ordering. EAMA STORE is not liable for non-delivery or delays caused by an incorrect, incomplete, or inaccessible address. Additional delivery charges may apply for re-dispatching an order due to address errors.
9. Parcel Inspection
We encourage you to inspect your parcel at the time of delivery before making payment. If the item appears visibly damaged or the packaging is tampered with, you may refuse delivery and contact us immediately. Once payment is made and the delivery is accepted, returns are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
